Hotel Room Rates and Reservation Information
Fundtech has reserved a limited number of rooms at the LOEWS Santa Monica Beach Hotel for the conference dates of Sunday, May 16 – Wednesday, May 19. Fundtech Insights Conference attendees are eligible for a standard discounted room rate of $189.00 plus tax for single/double occupancy for the duration of the conference. Guest room rates will apply three days prior and three days following the event based upon hotel availability.
Reservations must be received on or before April 30, 2010. After this date the hotel will accept reservations based on a space- and rate- available basis.
Airline Reservations
Participants should fly into the Los Angles International Airport (LAX). The LOEWS Santa Monica Beach Hotel is 16 miles, approximately 20 minutes, from the airport.
Ground Transportation
Taxi cabs are available to and from the LOEWS Santa Monica Beach Hotel for a fare of approximately $55 one way.
Shared shuttle service is also available with Super Shuttle for approximately $15 one way.
Conference Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference sessions and events (i.e. suits/ties are not required).
