Reuven Ben Menachem, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, has extensive experience in the design and implementation of payment systems. Prior to founding the company, he was employed at Logica Data Architects, a funds transfer software provider, as technical director and product manager. Previous positions include director of banking systems at Manof Communications Systems.

Mike Sgroe, President and Chief Operating Officer, joined Fundtech in 2000. Before joining Fundtech, Mr. Sgroe spent 16 years at Chase Manhattan and Chemical Bank, and was responsible for developing and deploying high-performance solutions for the funds transfer and cash management businesses of the bank. Mr. Sgroe also served as CIO and vice president of technology and operations for the e-procurement solutions provider Intelisys, an e-commerce startup with 50% ownership by Chase Manhattan Bank. He began his career in 1979 at Morgan Guaranty Trust, where he held technology assignments both in New York and in London.

Yoram Bibring, Chief Financial Officer, joined Fundtech in 2001. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bibring was chief financial officer of ViryaNet, a provider of software solutions to the workforce management market. Prior to joining ViryaNet in April 1999, Mr. Bibring served as chief financial officer of Americash, Inc., a leading operator of e-cash platforms, which was sold to American Express, and prior to that he was at Geotek Communications, a wireless communications service provider where he served initially as chief financial officer and then as the president of its International Division. Mr. Bibring has more than 11 years of experience as a high ranking executive of several technology companies.

Joseph P. Mazzetti is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. He joined Fundtech in 1994 and has been actively involved in business development of the company's payments and Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) offerings. Prior to joining Fundtech, Mr. Mazzetti was executive vice president at PRT Corporation and executive vice president of the Financial Products Group at Logica Data Architects. He has more than 30 years of experience in payment systems technology for banking institutions and public sector financial agencies. Mr. Mazzetti has participated in numerous financial industry conferences and research projects.

Eli has over 20 year of experience in developing large scale software projects, mostly for banks. He currently runs Fundtech’s advanced software systems development, focusing on Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and has been the main architect for the company’s Global PAYplus Services Platform product area. He earned a B.S.C. degree in Information Systems Engineering from Technion University, and an MBA degree (with honor) from Bar-Ilan University.

Uri Melzer is Executive Vice President of International Payment Solutions Delivery. Uri has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry; development and deployment of Information Systems and project and account management, mainly in the banking and telecommunication markets. He is responsible for managing Fundtech’s customers, projects and services globally, as well as the off shore operation in India. Before joining Fundtech, Uri was a Delivery VP in the APAC Division of Amdocs, an international provider of billing and CRM solutions to the telecommunication market, VP of Marketing and International Operations at IFN, a company that specializes in enterprise content management and BPM solutions and SVP at Surecomp, a company that specializes in Trade Finance Banking solutions. Uri holds a BA in Economics and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, Israel and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
George Ravich

George Ravich, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer joined Fundtech in 2002. He is responsible for Fundtech’s global marketing and leads a team of professionals located throughout the world. Prior to Fundtech, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Financial Fusion. Over his 25 years marketing technology and consumer products, George was involved with the development of the internet through his work at AT&T and Prodigy. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and New York University Graduate School of Business.

Gil joined Fundtech in 2011. Prior to joining Fundtech he held the position of Vice President at Orange Israel. Before that he worked for HP Israel and HP Europe during which he held a variety of positions including Country Managing Director. Before that he worked as the Managing Director of Compaq Israel. Gil received an Honors Degree in Business Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

As Senior Vice President of Human resources, Ms. Yampolsky is responsible for worldwide human resource activities including staffing, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Prior to joining Fundtech, Ms. Yampolsky lead worldwide Human resource for BigBand Networks and before that she spent more than 20 years with Intel Semiconductors in engineering and human resource management where she played a strategic role in the management and direction of human resource functions and programs across Israel, Ireland, Philippines and China. Ms. Yampolsky holds a bachelor's of science in chemistry and a diploma of senior business management from the Hebrew University

Danne Buchanan

Danne joined Fundtech in 2011 as part of the merger with BankServ. He joined BankServ in September 2010 as part of the NetDeposit acquisition. At NetDeposit, Danne served as CEO from its inception in 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, where he was Executive Vice President of the E-Business Solutions Group. He pioneered remote deposit capture and testified before the United States Senate on behalf of the banking industry in support of the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (Check 21 Act). Danne has served on the Board of Directors for industry associations NACHA and WesPay. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Robert Coakley

Robert Coakley, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer North America, joined Fundtech in 1995 and has responsibility for managing Fundtech's technology group for all U.S. products. Robert has over 18 years of software design, development and delivery experience. Prior to joining Fundtech, he was a consultant at Early Cloud and Company (later purchased by IBM), where he implemented solutions in Electronic and Call Center Workflow, and at Logica, where he implemented public key infrastructure solutions including secure logon and bilateral key exchange for the BESS platform. Robert specializes in designing and building highly functioning and highly performant product infrastructure, including security, data communications, and workflow. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Carlo Frey is Chairman of the Board of Directors of BBP AG, a subsidiary of Fundtech in Switzerland, since 2006. Carlo joined BBP in 1995. After successful setup of today’s number 1 SWIFT service bureau in the world he became Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of BBP in 2001. Under his leadership, BBP advanced to a leading player in the financial messaging industry. In addition, Carlo Frey served in the Asset Management Business and in the publishing sector for many years. He has a university degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate in Asset Management and Financial Analysis.
Ed Gainer

Ed Gainer, Executive Vice President, has over 30 years of Software Development, Executive Management, Product Management and Consulting experience in the cash management area, including the development of several industry leading, full featured cash management systems. Prior to joining Fundtech, he was CEO and co-founder of Generated System Technologies, Inc. a developer of e-banking automation products and provider of cash management consulting services. In addition, Ed worked as Senior Vice President of Brokat Technologies, a German financial services internet middle ware and security firm and was the CEO and founder of Transaction Software Technologies (TST), a cash management software company serving money center and super-regional US banks. Prior to founding TST, Ed was Vice President of Development for National Data Corporation where he led software development for the US, European and Japanese cash management markets. Ed holds a B.S. Degree in Communication Sciences, an M.A. in Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering, all from the University of Michigan.

Moti Porath, Executive Vice President, has over 25 years of Software Development, Project Management and Product Management experience. Including over 10 years developing high speed, secure transaction systems for the financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Fundtech, he was a Consulting Manager for Gemini Consulting, focusing on financial institution operating efficiency. Moti was a Senior Systems Architect and Product Manager of Logica Transaction Director, a high speed, fault tolerant message switch. Included among his clients are: Citibank, Chemical Bank, Merrill Lynch, Lloyds Bank (UK), and Midland Bank (UK). In Fundtech Moti was instrumental in the development of PayPlus for Continuous Link Settlement, TradePlus for Securities confirmation matching and affirmation and for Payment Hubs. He holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv University and a M.S. in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dieter Prang, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Fundtech EMEA Frankfurt, joined Fundtech in 2007 in connection with the acquisition of Prang Financial Systems. He is responsible for Fundtech's business in Germany; including the 'PAYplus ServiceBureau' and the 'SEPA Integration Suite'. Dieter has 20 years of experience in designing and developing payment and messaging systems. He started his own business about 15 years ago, focused on payment systems from the beginning and raised a company having customers in the financial industry in Germany and Europe. Dieter has a degree as an Industrial Engineer from the 'Technische Hochschule' in Darmstadt/Germany.

Joining Fundtech as part of the BankServ merger in 2011, Ms. Putnam brings 25 years of experience in financial services and technology to the company. Prior to BankServ, Ms. Putnam was the Director of Corporate Banking for Stratus Technologies, and prior to that she held the position of Director of Product Management and Marketing at ACI, responsible for new products and applications in the electronic payments and SWIFT business. Ms. Putnam has held other senior management positions — with Logica as head of product management for the electronic payments product, and financial industry marketing at EMC and Digital Equipment.

Isaac Yaniv, Executive Vice President and Chief Architect Officer, joined Fundtech in 1994. Isaac has over 20 years design and development experience in technical and management positions in the financial industry. He previously held positions as CEO of 2001 Systems and Services Ltd., a software development and systems integration firm; Development Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation for the financial institution division, and Project Manager in funds transfer systems for Bankers Trust. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science, Economics and Criminology and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Leslie Bertha, Executive Vice President, Fundtech North America, joined Fundtech in 2000. Ms. Bertha manages Fundtech’s North American business including sales, relationship management, client services, professional and managed services and operations. Ms. Bertha has over twenty eight years of experience in banking and treasury management, working with and servicing Financial Institutions. Ms. Bertha has held senior management positions at Standard and Poor’s, Knight-Ridder Financial and JPMorganChase. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and holds a MS Degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Fundtech, Sanjay worked with HSBC and ABN Amro bank for over a decade. His career before Fundetch saw him as the Head of Global Trade & Advisory, India for ABN Amro. At Fundtech India, he started as Head of Product and has been instrumental in driving the product and business development of Global CASHPlus offering. Sanjay's extensive experience in the financial services and technology business makes him the pivot of the company's R&D. His wealth of experience fused with regular market interaction, enables him to successfully lead the company's innovation drive. Sanjay has authored a book titled 'Financial Supply Chain' - which has been published by McGraw hill. Sanjay is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and a Computer Science Technology graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Gil Gadot is a co-founder of Fundtech and has been with the company since its inception in 1993. Currently Mr. Gadot is President of Fundtech’s Asia Pacific business and is Managing Director of Fundtech FSC, the business unit that focuses on Financial Supply Chain products and services, including Global CASHplus and Accountis EIPP. Previous positions held at Fundtech include: Chief Technology Officer, General Manager of International Operation, SVP of USA Operations & Technology, Managing Director of Global Settlements, and the company’s first head of R&D. Before joining Fundtech, Mr. Gadot was a senior project manager for DSSI, a leading systems and software supplier with operations in Israel and the United States. Mr. Gadot served in the Israeli Army computer center in several software development positions and holds the rank of Captain.

Mark Wilson, Managing Director of Fundtech’s London operation and Senior Vice President responsible for sales and business development for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), joined Fundtech in January 1999 to establish Fundtech’s International operations in London, and has helped Fundtech become a leading payments software and services provider across the EMEA region. For 15 years prior to Fundtech he held a number of sales management and sales roles for Tandem/Compaq, International Computers Limited, and Goal Systems, providing complex IT solutions to the International Banking and Financial Services Industries. Prior to his sales career Mark spent 10 years as a marine engineer in the British Royal Navy.
