Each center is dedicated to the complete resumption of your mission-critical treasury functions using Fundtech products. Your staff can resume operations at one of the Fundtech Contingency and Recovery Service locations or at your own recovery site using remote workstations.

- Hardware-Fundtech Contingency and Recovery Service sites maintain file servers, and networks for each recovery area. Site hardware configurations can be customized to fit your specific operational requirements.
- Connectivity- All sites are linked to your real time mainframe host systems to provide all services and other host systems. Data Storage and Restoration Service Daily, weekly, and monthly data storage schedules are available. Fundtech Contingency and Recovery Service staff will also schedule periodic tape backup restorations to verify data integrity and ensure that your mission-critical applications maintain record retention integrity and that backups are readily available.

Operational Benefits
- Multiple Locations-Fundtech Contingency and Recovery Service sites are easily accessible to international airports, and are centrally located within their region. Each site is designed to provide recovery and testing services for local clients and also serve as a secondary long distance recovery site should a region-wide disaster prevent you from recovering at your primary site.
- Facilities-Each site includes two to six recovery workstations, a network printer, telephones, lighting, heat, air conditioning, and restrooms. Individual lockers enable you to store your own recovery materials such as spreadsheets, forms, and internal recovery procedures. Conference rooms suitable for managerial “War Room” planning and meetings, and supervisory personnel cubicles are also available. Each site also has a data center, secure with card key access and separate HVAC.
- Remote Facility-This allows your staff to recover at a local site, while still providing all Fundtech application recovery services and host connectivity.
- Coverage-On-site and off-site recovery support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When ready, activation of this service is as easy as calling a toll free activation number.
- Operational, Technical and Management Support-Experienced staff familiar with your applications and operations will provide planning, coordination, and support for your contingency recovery requirements. - Administrative Support-Fundtech staff will help coordinate airline, hotel, and auto reservations to facilitate travel to each site. Staff will also support daily recovery-related administrative duties, local restaurant catering and office equipment deliveries during your recovery.
- Staffing-Fundtech Contingency and Recovery Service will provide you with supplementary staff and coordinate their efforts with you to facilitate your data entry recovery efforts and operational work flow requirements.
