What is Fundtech's Client Conference?
Fundtech's Client Conference is an annual meeting for all Fundtech clients that includes educational sessions, live demos and expert presentations on Fundtech products and the financial services industry. Fundtech's Client Conference provides a forum for Fundtech clients to review developments and explore opportunities for meeting the challenges facing their institutions and the industry. The conference offers networking opportunities with other Fundtech clients and specialists.
When and where will the conference be held?
Fundtech's Client Conference 2009 will be held Sunday, May 17 - Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana.
What is the conference fee, and what does it include?
The conference fee is $895 for Early Bird registration (before February 20, 2009), $995 for registrations completed after February 20, 2009. The conference fee includes the following:
- Admittance to all conference sessions.
- Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
- All evening events.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. There is a $250 fee for an adult guest and $100 for each child guest under the age of 13. The guest fee includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and all evening events.
Can I register my guest for only the optional activities and not the rest of the conference?
In order to attend the optional events, guests must be fully registered for the conference. They are then invited to attend all breakfasts, evening events, and optional activities.
I'm extending my stay beyond the conference. Do you have any recommendations?
Fundtech has partnered with the New Orleans Convention and Visitor's Bureau to offer discounted admission to many of the entertainment options and activities in the New Orleans area. Please click here for additional information.
What is the conference agenda?
The conference agenda includes the following:
- General sessions with presentations by Fundtech's Senior Members and a motivational keynote speaker.
- Breakout educational sessions for CASHplus, ACCESS, Fundtech Banker users and Payments systems users.
- Special events including a welcome reception and evening events.
What is the suggested conference attire?
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference sessions and events (i.e., suits/ties are not required). Please note that the outside temperature is expected to be in the 80s. Evenings will be cooler and all inside venues will be air conditioned.
